The challenge
Crosby Health builds Crosby360, a platform that helps medical groups and care agencies run CMS care-coordination programs like GUIDE, the Medicare model for dementia care. It covers patient intake, clinical assessments, care plans, billing and compliance reporting. Almost all of it touches protected health information, so HIPAA had to shape the design from day one.
What we did
Authentication and authorization
We owned sign-in and permissions across the platform, so each person sees only the patients and records their role allows.
Payments, end to end
We built the payments pipeline on Stripe hands-on, from processing to transaction records to reconciliation, so the money always adds up.
A data layer that keeps patient data where it belongs
We owned the data layer and put real care into PHI-safe logging, so debugging production never means exposing patient data.
