Terms of Service

These terms cover pulore.com and Pulore App Planner, our plugin for ChatGPT ("the plugin"). By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The plugin helps you plan software projects and check how fast a website is. If you ask, it can also put you in touch with us.

• Project plans, including their budget ranges, are rough estimates based on how long similar work has taken on our projects. They're for planning only. They aren't a quote, an offer or a commitment to deliver anything.
• Website audits come from Google PageSpeed Insights and reflect a single test at one moment. Real-world results can differ.
• Case studies describe past work for our clients.

Please don't:

• Use the plugin or the site to send spam, or send a brief with someone else's contact details
• Share payment card details, ID numbers, passwords, API keys or health records through the plugin. It doesn't need them
• Try to overload, break or get around the limits of the plugin or the site
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy the site's content in bulk

We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.

Sending us a brief, booking a call or getting a plan from the plugin doesn't create a contract. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement.

The plugin runs inside ChatGPT, audits use Google PageSpeed Insights, calls are booked on Cal.com and emails are sent with Resend. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. See our privacy policy for what we receive and how long we keep it.

The site's content, design and case studies belong to Pulore or to the clients they describe. You're welcome to share the plans and audits the plugin gives you.

We work to keep the site and the plugin accurate and available, but they're provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Pulore isn't liable for losses that come from using them or relying on their results.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site or the plugin after that means you accept the update.
