We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:

Personal Data

When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, company name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log standard data provided by your web browser. This may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages you visit, time and date of your visit, and other statistics.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send you newsletters and marketing communications (with your consent)
• Improve our website and services
• Analyze website usage and trends
• Protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Comply with legal obligations

Pulore App Planner is our plugin for ChatGPT. It lets you plan a software project, check a website's speed, find our case studies, get a link to book a call with us, or send us a project brief. You use it inside ChatGPT, so OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy cover your conversation. We never receive your ChatGPT conversation, only what each request needs:

• Planning a project: the platforms, features and compliance needs, and an optional one-line summary. We use them to work out the plan and don't store them.
• Checking a website's speed: the web address. We look up its domain to make sure it's a public website, then send the address to Google PageSpeed Insights, which loads the page to run the audit. We keep the address and the result in server memory for up to 12 hours so repeat requests are fast, then delete them.
• Finding case studies: the short description you give. We use it to pick examples and don't store it.
• Getting a booking link: your name, email and a note, if you give them. Our server puts them into a Cal.com link and doesn't store them. When you open the link, Cal.com receives them and handles the booking. The plugin doesn't book anything: you pick a time and confirm on Cal.com. Because the details are part of the link, they can show up in your browser history.
• Sending a project brief: only when you ask and approve it, we email your name, email address and the brief to our team at hello@pulore.com, along with your company, timeline and budget if you shared them. We use them to reply to you. To stop spam and duplicate emails, we keep a one-way hash of your email address and of each brief for 24 hours, then delete them.

Please don't share payment card details, ID numbers, passwords, API keys or health records through the plugin. It doesn't need them, and if a request looks like it contains one, we turn it away without storing it or passing it on.

The plugin doesn't log what you send. Our server logs record when requests happen and whether they worked, not what was in them.

We keep briefs in our email while we're talking about your project and delete them within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. To see or delete what we hold, email privacy@pulore.com.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website.

We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze data:

• Google Analytics: To analyze website traffic and usage patterns
• Resend: To send transactional emails, newsletters and project briefs from our ChatGPT plugin
• Google PageSpeed Insights: To run the website speed audits in our ChatGPT plugin. It receives the web address you ask about
• Cal.com: To book calls with us. It receives the details in a booking link when you open it
• OpenAI: ChatGPT, where our plugin runs
• Our hosting provider: To run our website and plugin on servers we manage

These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to data portability
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
